The lifts in the hotel could be slow during peak times, especially when many Salvation Army users were present.

I was also pleased to find a great selection of cable channels, a rare find in hotels of this price range. The hotel's location in the city center, close to two subway stations, made getting around a breeze. I was impressed with the value for money, attention to detail, and excellent service provided by this hotel.

Lack of essentials: The hotel did not provide an alarm clock or a roll of toilet paper, and the hot water in the shower took a few minutes to heat up.
