The lifts in the hotel could be slow during peak times, especially when many Salvation Army users were present.

I really enjoyed my recent stay at the Booth Lodge. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Kowloon and just a short walk to the metro station. The room was surprisingly spacious, and I appreciated being able to store my bags before and after check-in. The service from the staff was excellent, they were friendly and accommodating. Plus, I felt safe with the key card access to the elevator. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and wonderful service.

I had a surprisingly enjoyable 17-day stay at this hotel. The affordable price initially caught my attention, but it was the friendly and helpful staff that really won me over. The clean and modern room exceeded my expectations, with a spacious shower stall and all the basic amenities I needed. I was also pleased to find a great selection of cable channels, a rare find in hotels of this price range. The hotel's location in the city center, close to two subway stations, made getting around a breeze. I was impressed with the value for money, attention to detail, and excellent service provided by this hotel.

Room amenities: the pillows at the hotel were extremely thick and uncomfortable for sleeping, and the level of the toilet bowl was strangely high, making it difficult for our feet to touch the floor. Lack of essentials: the hotel did not provide an alarm clock or a roll of toilet paper, and the hot water in the shower took a few minutes to heat up.
